India Vs South Africa First Test Match, India Scored 136/9
In the first test match of three test match series South Africa put India to bat fist after wining the toss. The bad weather and rain delayed the play of the first day and South African team took full advantage to putting Indian team in to bat first.
No Indian batsmen resist in front of South Africans and they just lose wickets in quick interval. SR Tendulker remained the top scorer with his 36 runs. India lost six wickets before 100 runs. Only 4 Indian batsmen could enter into double figure score. India scored 136 for the lost of 9 wickets. They only played 38.1 over.
Indian Captain Ms Dhoni is the only hope for India as he is still not out with JD Unadkat. He is youngster and he knows his job to protect his wicket. Dhoni is not out on 33 runs and he faced 47 balls. DW Steyn took 3 wickets and his opening partner took 4 wickets.
Both South African bowlers destroyed Indian batting order. Jh Kallis also took 1 wicket. Harbajan Singh is the only batsmen who got run out. Captain Ms Dhoni will have to fight hard tomorrow to get some respect in the Indian total. South Africans also have a chance to grip the first test match.
